Returns & Exchanges
Items are available exchangeable or refundable for a period of 15 days after your have received your order. After 15 days or if your items tags are removed or items are worn, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Email us at email@example.com with your name and order number to begin the exchange, refund or store credit process.
Please allow 2-3 business day to from the receipt of your returned item to Sleek Chic Boutique for it to be processed.
In order to exchange/refund of the dress or receive store credit you must contact us within 15 days upon receiving your dress(s) and dress must show no signs of wear and have all tags attached.
Sale items or anything purchased with a discount code
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. All sales on any item below the advertised normal price on the date of your transaction are final.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged. If you request a different size or different style dress, you must pay the difference in price (if any) and no partial refunds are available.
