Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1-3 business day after an order is placed.   Items are typically delivered within approximately 3-7 business Days after the order is processed.  Estimated shipping times are counted as Business Days only and starts from when the order is processed and shipped by our team.

You will be notified via email once it has been processed and the tracking number will typically be provided within 24-72 hours of your order.


We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days for domestic orders; subject to the detail below.

Some of our items are shipped direct from our Warehouses and international shipping times may differ from estimated shipping times.

If an order has been placed for a specific event or as a gift, we recommend that a sufficient amount of time is given to allow for delays. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee a delivery/shipping time. Some delays may occur during peak times including sale events and long weekends or public holidays or after these have occurred.

NOTE:
If there is no one in to accept delivery, the package may be left on your doorstep or in your mailbox or equivalent at your own risk. Please refer to the tracking information provided to ensure there is someone available to accept your package at the estimated delivery time.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.

Once the package leaves our care, it becomes the responsibility of United States Postal Service, DHL or any other shipping provider used and their standard terms and conditions apply.

We are not responsible for any delays due to the shipping provider.
Shipping times are simply estimates and may vary for various reasons including, but not limited to, inclement weather, customs or carrier problems outside of USA.

Large orders may require additional processing time.
